Accreditation
Covenant Bible College & Seminary is a member of the Academic Council for Education Accountability (ACEA). ACEA is a global network of like-minded Christian men and women called to the field of education that provides credibility through accountability. ACEA was founded in 1998 in Colorado Springs, Colorado by C. Peter Wagner, Chancellor of Transworld Accrediting Commission International (TACI) www.transworldaccrediting.com in Riverside, California. TACI is a professional, federally recoginized , non-profit church educational organization that exists to assure the quality and assist in the improvement of the institutions they accredit by establishing an organizational witness to their credibility of performance and integrity.
This institution is not certified by the Board of Regents of any state, but is religious and theological in nature; therefore, no liberal arts or sciences are required. The courses and credits obtained may or may not necessarily transfer to a state operated institution or institutions certified by the state.
Degrees are issued from the main office in the State of Florida.
Covenant Bible College & Seminary is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization, formed in the state of Florida recognized by the IRS.
Covenant Bible College & Seminary
HISTORY
Covenant Bible College & Seminary first began as an internet Bible college in 1998 by William C. Morris, PhD, as Covenant Christian University, an interdenominational Christian College planted in the southwestern Ohio area. Dr. Morris pioneered the first Life Christian University campuses in Ohio before branching out into Covenant Christian University.
On March 1, 2019 Covenant Bible College and Seminary was transferred to Jonathan Vorce Ministries, Inc. and was shortly thereafter reformed as its own 501.c.3 Christian College.
Covenant Bible College & Seminary presently has dozens of extension teaching campuses in several states and foreign counties, with the Corporate Office in Hudson, Florida. Preparations are underway to take the teaching of the good news of Jesus Christ to many more states and nations, as the Lord allows.
